posted on July 25, 2018

Stress tests the best of us. It can be physical, mental or emotional. The most skilled people are able to handle stress very well. Pilots. Surgeons. Freddie Freeman (my favorite MLB hitter). These individuals train while under stress to become the best.

As the summer season comes to an end, and fall begins in August, it’s time to face the measures of stress put in front of you.

To help you out, take some time to answer the following “12 Tough Questions.” Caution, if I can be honest, they may cause some stress:

  1. What is your short-term (1-5 years) baseball goal?
  2. What is your long-term (6-10 years) baseball goal?
  3. What is your short-term (1-5 years) life goal?
  4. What is your long-term (6-10 years) life goal?
  5. How do you describe yourself as a baseball player using one word?
  6. How do you describe yourself as a person using one word?
  7. Describe the perfect baseball coach?
  8. Using 3-5 steps, how will you achieve your long-term (6-10 years) baseball goal?
  9. Using 3-5 steps, how will you achieve your long-term (6-10 years) life goal?
