The Diamond Directors Skill Build program is a 60-minute small group session. This program develops specific skills after the swing habits have been built in our Futures Program. Hitters rotate through multiple stations within 60 minutes. Skills taught include how to approach an inside fastball, how to drive outside pitches and how to drive off-speed pitches.
Program Format
Diamond Directors Skill Build program is offered February, March & April, June, July, & August. Each session meets for one hour four times a week, and is open to players with foundational hitting knowledge. Skill Build is important because once you build habits, you need to begin converting habits to skills in order to compete.
